She comes from a broad background in both domestic and international marketing within the medical device industry. Prior to joining MetLife, she also held management roles with financial services firms. A graduate of Princeton University with a BA in psychology, and a MBA from the University of South Florida, she offers a unique blend of expertise with practical insight essential for working closely with other professional advisors. Marlene creates and implements firm wide marketing campaigns to generate revenue and increase firm production. She brings to this profession an extensive background in consumer marketing, psychology, and coaching. She integrates it on a one to one basis, meeting with financial services representatives to develop and implement marketing plans that ensure individual production goals are met. As a member of the management team, you can depend on her to go the extra mile to achieve results and exemplify those attributes essential for success. She holds a Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance license.

Mark began his career in the financial industry in 2002 with Ameriprise Financial (then American Express Financial Advisors) in Centreville VA. In March of 2005, he was promoted to management as a District Manager in the Fort Myers office. He came to MetLife in December 2008. Prior to his career in financial services he served as the CFO of MRC inc., in Landover MD, a firm that specialized in distance learning for military personnel.
Mark holds a series 7, 66, and 24 securities licenses and a Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance license. He is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.
Mark has been married to his wife Melissa for seven years and they have two children. Mark is active in the local little league as a coach and also has coached in other youth baseball organizations. Before starting his career in financial services, he was also a very successful high school wrestling coach.
Mark’s personal goal is to create a highly successful team of financial services representatives providing trusted, knowledgeable advice and world class service.

In 1991, Jon earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was an editor of and published author in the school's prestigious Law Review. Jon has over 17 years of experience in Financial Services, Securities, and Estate Planning and Legal industries. Over the course of his career, he has functioned as a securities trader for a Wall Street equities firm and a private attorney in New York specializing in business and estate planning. Jon relocated from New York to Florida in 2006 and joined MetLife serving as a Registered Representative, Financial Advisor and Agency Sales Director. Jon continues to be an attorney in New York and New Jersey. He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations. He is an active member of the St. Thomas More Catholic Church, where he is Officer and Board Member of their 200 member Men's Group, which focuses on raising money for local charities serving the poor and children.

He enjoys spending time with family and friends. He graduated from Desoto County High School and continued his education through the development of D.E.C.A., which helped him to attend various college and university courses. Otniel initially joined the MetLife team as a Marketing Assistant. This position afforded him the opportunity to interact with top Financial Service Representatives. He has always enjoyed working and helping people to achieve their goals. This experience has enabled him to provide his new recruits with valuable insight into the world of Metlife’s rewarding career opportunities. Her natural ability to make people laugh makes her very approachable and personable. Her experience is quite impressive with over 14 years of experience in the Securities Industry. She holds a Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 licenses and assists representatives daily along with her administrative staff of five. For 20 years, she was a legal assistant in New York City and worked for an international Tax attorney, who was hearing impaired as his translator and Office Manager. While in the city, she was very fortunate to work with some very recognizable and prominent people. Born and raised in New York City, she decided to make a change of venue to sunny Florida over 15 years ago. She is married to her wonderful husband of more than 23 years and they share their lives with two golden retrievers named Sophie, Sasha and a yellow lab named Shana.

He holds a Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance licenses and has a Certification in Long Term Care. His professional goal is to continue learning from the vast wealth of knowledge that this business bestows upon us and to share this knowledge with clients, friends, and colleagues and to those new representatives looking to pursue a career in the financial industries. Larry joined the Sarasota Agency in 2007. He was born and educated in Scotland. His introduction to the Financial Industries in the UK came through the marketing of Variable Life contracts underwritten by Lloyds of London. In moving to New York, he served a brief tenure at Prudential Securities, where he was able to witness the introduction of these "new products" in the North American marketplace. Subsequently, he joined R P Martin, a UK-based wholesale brokerage firm, where he served as Operations Manager for 9 years at their Wall Street branch location specializing in fixed income cash flow, bonds, currency and financial derivatives in the international money and capital markets.
